The hotel had clean and lovely rooms, with delicious food but with room for improvement. The staff were exceptional, and the location was convenient for exploring Benidorm. The pool area was great for families, and the hotel offered good value for money.

The service left much to be desired, with unwelcoming staff and maintenance issues like a closed swimming pool. On the bright side, the location was excellent, close to the beach and local amenities.
