The hotel had clean and lovely rooms, with delicious food but with room for improvement. The staff were exceptional, and the location was convenient for exploring Benidorm. The pool area was great for families, and the hotel offered good value for money.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The room, while spacious and clean, was affected by a large tree blocking the view, making it quite dark. The service left much to be desired, with unwelcoming staff and maintenance issues like a closed swimming pool. On the bright side, the location was excellent, close to the beach and local amenities.
The hotel location is great, very close to the beach and convenient for restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were disappointing, dark, and noisy.
